Terms & Conditions

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Orders:

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving stock issues, payment concerns, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or operational limitations.

An order confirmation email confirms that your order has been received in our system. It does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.

Pricing & Payments:

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include relevant charges unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal.

Prices, promotions, product availability, and offers may change at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Estimated delivery time is 5–20 business days, depending on the delivery location, public holidays, courier operations, customs procedures, and seasonal demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, local delivery services, or unforeseen circumstances after dispatch.

Returns & Refunds:

Customers have up to 30 calendar days after delivery to request a refund, return, or exchange.

All requests must follow the Refund Policy and the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returns and exchanges must be sent to our warehouse in São Paulo, Brazil.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Product Information:

We aim to display product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in colour, size, texture, appearance, or packaging may occur due to screen settings, production batches, lighting, or photography.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, services, or delivery process.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
